Delicious antipasti, spiedini caprese, pasta alla carbonara, parmigiana di melanzane and spezzatino were the protagonist of last Tuesday’s menu.
To add a more “Christmassy” atmosphere, Pandoro cake was the king of the desserts. Pandoro is a traditional Christmas star-shaped sweet bread typical of Veneto region, in Northern Italy.
All boarding students and staff enjoyed it. The dinner was so successful that they kept asking for a second portion! Mammia mia!
