Today, across the globe people are taking the opportunity to press pause and reboot in celebration of world meditation day. A few weeks ago we posted 5 tips for mindfulness written by Nadia. Meditation and mindfulness have a huge relationship, however meditation is not just activities like Yoga, it can be much more than that!
At 12 noon the well known app ‘Headspace’ are going live on YouTube to give everyone the opportunity to learn how to meditate in ten minutes, explain how their app works, and enjoy a global mediation session from the comfort of our homes . You can join in via this link.
For our RIC students Nadia is running mindfulness sessions weekly on a Thursday 12:30pm as well as Monday at 4:15pm.
Jenny is also running online Yoga on a Wednesday at 4:00pm.
