On Friday 6th December the A-Level economists, accompanied by their teachers Michael and Neal, attend this year’s Tutor2u Economics Workshop in London. Students enjoyed an intensive day of economics study with over 200 other economists from around the country. The students took part in games and simulations to help them with applying their economic knowledge in real world contexts. Two key pieces of information I will take away from the day are that only 10% of the cars sold in the UK last month were electric powered, and 70% of the world’s supply of Jade comes from Myanmar! As you can tell, it was a varied day. Below are the students posing with their workshop packs at the end of the event. We had a great time.
