On Friday 11 October, students in Years 7-10 visited the New Scientist Live exhibition run at the ExCel Centre in London to look at the future of science and technology.
The exhibition had a variety of exhibits being run by various companies such as BAE and NGOs as well as a number of universities and charities. The students took part in a variety of activities such as looking at brain activity, coding movement for a moon rover as well as studying how drug trials are run.
The students had a great day and enjoyed all the different sessions being run as well as finding out about potential career and training opportunities for the future.
