I
t’s a glorious Cornish morning in St Ives, the salty tang of the Atlantic is drifting across an azure blue sky, seagulls are wheeling overhead and at least 2 students have actually had a wash and brushed their teeth.
We are enjoying a guided tour of the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden. The students have learnt about Hepworth’s life and works, taking the opportunity to sketch and take pictures.
It may have taken 3 hours but Year 8 seem to have finally woken up; an unsuspecting onlooker may well have feared a zombie apocalypse was upon us had they seen our students shambling to breakfast this morning.
More updates will be coming soon.
